We were considering divorce with three children that would be caught in the cross fire.  The counseling sessions healed our marriage. During couseling we discovered most of our conflict with one another was a result of our dysfunctional families during our youth.   I was unable to communicate my  feelings without anxiety.   My husband walked with anxiety trying so hard not to put our family through those same dysfunctions that he became overbearing.  We had become negative enablers of one another. Now we are able to communicate with ease.  Our adoration, consideration for each others emotional well being, yes and our love has been renewed.  Our family is whole again thanks to  our life coaches empowering us with the cause and tools to take back our lives.
